Janice Migliore is the Chief Executive Officer and Chair of PALCO, a global Reverse Logistics company with operations spanning Huntsville, Alabama, El Paso, Texas, The Netherlands, Asia Pacific, and Mexico. Under her leadership, PALCO has redefined Reverse Logistics, offering world-class Supply Chain Management and Data Center Services solutions to Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, as well as the Department of Defense and other government entities.
PALCO stands as a Tier 1 diversity-owned company, nationally certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Janice’s leadership and contributions to the business world have garnered her numerous accolades, including being named the 2011 WBE Star by WBENC, 2013 Advocate of the Year and 2014 Champion of the Year by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South (WBECS), and 2017 TOP CEO by Women’s Enterprise USA magazine. She was also honored as the 2018 Woman of Distinction and 2018 Cookie of the Year by Girl Scouts USA. Most recently, PALCO was awarded the 2019 Professional Services Business of the Year by the Huntsville Madison Chamber of Commerce.
Leadership in Advocacy and Diversity
Janice is an active force in promoting women’s business leadership and diversity in the workplace. She has served as a Forum Team Leader for WBENC since 2013 and currently chairs its Government Team. She is also a Board Member for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South and a Board Member for the Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
Janice’s passion for fostering business opportunities for women entrepreneurs led her to create Alabama’s Women Business Day, recognized by proclamations in Huntsville, Madison, and the State of Alabama during Women’s History Month. In her role as chair of a committee for the Chamber of Huntsville Madison County, she also worked to establish the Woman Small Business Award for women-owned businesses.
Her involvement extends to several leadership roles in organizations dedicated to women’s economic development, including the Women’s Economic Development Council, Committee of 100, and Creative Cities board.
