As CEO of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Executive Director of the NAWBO Institute, she leads with empathy and authenticity, qualities shaped by her own journey as an entrepreneur.
Jen joined NAWBO in 2008 and has since become a respected voice in the national and international business communities. She is currently on the advisory committee for Enterprising Women magazine. She also served on the National Women’s Business Council, where she helped shape policies that impact the 14 million women-owned businesses across the U.S.
Jen’s leadership has global reach. She represents NAWBO through her active involvement in FCEM (World Association of Women Entrepreneurs), connecting with global peers to understand and support the needs of women business owners worldwide. Her travels and international collaborations help build bridges, share resources and elevate the visibility of women entrepreneurs on a global scale.
Known for her commitment to fostering connection and collaboration, Jen believes that real change happens when diverse women come together to lead, learn and grow. Under her leadership, NAWBO continues to be a seat-at-the-table organization, showing up, standing up and speaking out on behalf of all women entrepreneurs.
