She is the founder of “Invest in Women,” a bold lifestyle brand championed by figures like Sue Bird, Dawn Staley, and CJ McCollum. As former Chief Strategy Officer for Rob McElhenney’s More Better Industries, Kelsey oversaw cross-platform initiatives including the historic U.S. tour for Wrexham Women’s team — integrating content and brand into the Emmy-winning series Welcome to Wrexham. Kelsey started in the entertainment industry working for the hit CBS television series Blue Bloods starring Donnie Wahlberg and Tom Selleck, working in production and development for the series’ directing producer.
She served as in-house counsel for Dan Abrams’ media company where she oversaw legal and business affairs for numerous websites, podcast networks, tv/film productions and development, book publishing, and a live 24/7 news network.
