President, T•H•E Artist AgencyLynda Erkiletian is the founder and President of T•H•E Artist Agency, established in 1985 in Washington, DC. In January 2021, T•H•E acquired Central Casting DC, expanding its roster of talent to support the multimedia platforms pervading the fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries. Today, the premier full-service agency represents models, actors, stylists, and voice talent worldwide.
Under Ms. Erkiletian’s leadership, the agencies continue to thrive as a beacon of inclusivity and representation. Proudly women-owned and founded, T•H•E and Central Casting DC reflect Lynda’s unwavering commitment to challenging outdated norms and championing authenticity. Promoting a richly diverse roster of talent — including curvy, non-binary, and from all ethnic backgrounds — Lynda has built an agency that doesn’t just reflect today’s culture, but actively shapes a more inclusive and forward-thinking Industry.
In addition, Ms. Erkiletian serves as the Executive Director of The James & Paula Coburn Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization established in July 2004. The JPCF is committed to preserving the Coburns’ legacy and upholding their dedication to local and international advancement through music, art, education, as well as physical and spiritual health.
Ms. Erkiletian has been member of Fashion Group International of Greater Washington, DC for over 35 years. She served on the FGI Board for four years; and, during her tenure as Program Director, Lynda created the community outreach project Beauty Within DC. The program celebrates women in need by gifting personalized tote bags full of donated beauty and hygiene products to women in local shelters, especially on Mother’s Day.
Ms. Erkiletian is herself a mother of four, and Glamma to six beautiful grandchildren. She is grateful for every personal and professional opportunity to make a positive impact in her community and beyond, always aiming to create a brighter, more inclusive future for the next generation.
