Aster Angagaw

Aster Angagaw is the VP, Head of Strategic and Public Sectors  for Amazon Business at Amazon. Previously, she was the president of ServiceMaster Brands, a leading provider of home and business services with a network of more than 5,000 company-owned and franchise locations and with $2.6 billion global customer level revenues. In this role, Aster is responsible for executing the company’s global strategy of creating two strong differentiated businesses in the restoration and cleaning spaces.She brings with her decades of strong leadership experience in highly reputable service companies, most recently at Sodexo, a global integrated food and facilities management company. At Sodexo she served as the Chief Executive Officer of the North American Healthcare division, and a member of the company’s Healthcare Global Executive Committee.During her 18-years career with Sodexo, she delivered a successful record of accomplishments in operations, strategy, business development, organizational transformation and customer retention, holding the positions of global head of Sales and Business Development for Sodexo, and group Vice President of Global Transformation.She has an M.B.A. from Temple University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
