CeCe Cole

Carletha Cole, affectionately known as CeCe, is the President & CEO of Carletha Cole Group, a property management and global real estate concierge company with Keller Williams Capital Properties. Currently licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC, during her 27 years as a REALTOR®, Carletha held reciprocal licenses as an Associate Broker in New York and Georgia, specializing in relocation services, foreclosure properties and securing funding for multi-family investment projects. Carletha received several awards in real estate, including Top Producer, #1 Listing Agent, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, International Collection, to name a few.

In 2007, Carletha launched Silke Endress International Women’s Media Forum, an innovative multi-media platform, creating a world without borders and connecting women to power through their remarkable stories. Silke Endress content engender confidence, foster positive change, and harness power to advance the status of women in all levels of leadership and political participation. Silke Endress International curates high level events and provide media coverage for dignitaries globally, e.g., President Barack Obama’s historic U.S. Africa Leadership Summit, the Bloomberg Global Business Forum, One Young World Summit, Davos, and many others.  Through her excellent media skills, Carletha is the recipient of several awards including County Woman of the Year, Mayor’s Award for Women Leaders, and Women in Media. 

Carletha led a very successful career in corporate America with several prestigious firms such as AICPA conducting peer reviews for the Big 8 accounting firms and customized reporting for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); Smith Barney managing wealth projects for the International Investment Banking Division; JP Morgan Chase supervising accounts for Disney, Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton Hotels; and BIRNY a top tier market research firm as the International Liaison for 26 offices, spearheading international market research projects for the largest consumer product companies, i.e., SmithKline Beecham, Colgate, Bristol-Myers, and Pfizer.  

Carletha is a global warrior and crusader for human rights, gender parity, and the rights of women and girls. She is using her real estate platform to transform communities and build wealth one family, one home at a time.
