Fernanda Carapinha is a serial entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and strategic innovation leader whose  work sits at the intersection of behavioral science, artificial intelligence, and emerging business  creation. She is the Founder and CEO of WE Intelligence and creator of Founderverse®, an AI-native  decision and execution infrastructure platform designed to improve outcomes for emerging  businesses and the institutions that support them. Through Founderverse, Fernanda is building  infrastructure that helps entrepreneurs and capital allocators make more informed decisions,  mitigate critical gaps, and improve business outcomes. Fernanda brings together a rare  combination of expertise spanning behavioral science, media, technology, and entrepreneurship.  Earlier in her career, she spent fifteen years in Hollywood as Senior Vice President of Television at  Brillstein-Grey Entertainment and held senior creative executive roles at Paramount Studios,  Lifetime Television, and ABC, where she developed television series and films including acclaimed  properties such as Frasier and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She later founded 4Digital  Entertainment, a multi-platform media company that integrated emerging technologies into  content development and storytelling, before launching 4Digital, an AI-driven behavioral data  analytics company serving the cyber and ad-tech sectors. She also founded Larimar Intelligence,  an EU-based agentic AI company focused on the sustainable development of next-generation  human-centric intelligence systems. Fernanda serves on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai  Medical Center and advises founders, executives, investors, and innovation ecosystems. She is a  published science fiction author and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, The  Wharton School, and Pepperdine University.
