Francesco’s leadership was instrumental in the launch of multiple new business product lines, as well as fortification and expansion of existing programs for senior level executives in corporations, trade associations, professional societies, and NGOs

Experiences include senior leadership positions with: Direct Marketing Association, American Society of Association Executives, Forbes Management Conference Group, PMMI, TIA, RCN Telecommunications Corporation, Hong Kong Tourism Board, and currently leads his own consultancy, Transparent Leadership.

A graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Francesco holds two degrees in Political Science and History.  Attended the Dickinson College study abroad program at the Johns Hopkins Center for International Strategic Studies in Bologna, Italy.

A resident of Garden City, New York, Fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and proficient in French, he has produced global events and educational programs for C-Level officers in marketing, publishing, financial services, telecommunications, trade associations, professional societies, travel, tourism and hospitality.

His experiences enabled him to provide leadership in multiple fields, including, but not limited to, extensive experiences in creating, developing, and implementing high level Leadership Events, for trade associations, professional societies, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
