Jill Marcotte

Jill Marcotte is partner and part owner of the Dealer Tire enterprise of companies totaling over $2.5B. She is Chief Supply Chain Officer, leading a team of 500+ associates. Jill built the supply chain organization and helped create the strategic and tactical foundation for the highly successful distribution company that Dealer Tire has become.

 

Jill serves as the Board Chair of the enterprise’s strategic investment in distribution through digital channels, Simple Tire.  Jill also serves on three private boards: Crescent Electric Supply, Ozinga Bros. and Marous Brothers Construction.

 

Jill was named a “Director to Watch” by Private Company Director in 2020, featured as “Inspirational Women in Supply Chain” in Q3 2019 SCM Now and recognized as “Woman to Watch in the Tire Industry” in 2015 by the Tire Industry Association.

 

Jill has served in a variety of sectors having held leadership roles at Brach’s Confections, Andes Candies, Nestlé Foods and General Motors. Jill has a wide range of successful U.S./international customer and supplier relationships across multiple industries and has led successful negotiations with companies including Michelin, Pirelli, Goodyear, and Walmart.  She is a sought-after speaker, panelist and moderator on leadership, business growth, company culture and developing skills for the boardroom.
