Lynn Phillips

Lynn Phillips is a former professional football player with a longstanding commitment to advancing opportunities for women in sports. During her playing career with the DC Divas, one of the premier teams in women’s tackle football, Phillips established herself as a dedicated athlete, leader, and advocate for the growth of the game.

Following her playing career, Phillips transitioned into leadership roles within the organization and currently serves as the Director of Football Operations for the DC Divas. In this role, she helps oversee team operations while continuing to support athlete development and the growth of women’s football. Beyond the field, Phillips is actively involved in community outreach and mentorship initiatives, using her experience as a former professional athlete to inspire the next generation of athletes and expand opportunities for women in sports.
