Alice Fournier has 20 years of experience working cross-functionally to lead business growth through organizational change and transformation successfully. She has demonstrated experience driving change in large organizations by developing the vision, setting the strategic direction, and acting as a positive influencer and energetic visionary with an execution-driven mindset. She has successfully driven innovation through a variety of levers; technology, business models, new product development, etc. In September 2022, Alice left WD 40 Company to serve as CIO at ISS A/S. Alice previously worked at Geometry Global and Kantar, where she led the market insights division of the eCommerce and omnichannel team. At Kantar, she worked with a team of retail experts to derive insights in eCommerce. Alice has her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Quebec in Montreal, an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT, and a Certificate in Digital Transformation from IMD.
