Astrid Isaacs was named Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in November 2021. She is responsible for leading the global information technology strategy, development, and implementation of all digital consumer and business technology initiatives for Bloomin’ Brands. Astrid has 20 years of restaurant technology experience. She rejoined the company after serving as Vice President of Digital and Consumer Technology at Subway, where she led the digital transformation journey in building the technology to provide a frictionless consumer experience on all digital platforms. Astrid holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Westminster and a Business and Technology Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and Association of Accounting Technicians from Croydon College.
