Deedrai Dee Slater is the CIO and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Shared Services at Wolverine Worldwide, a 2.7 billion footwear and apparel company with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. She is a transformational leader that leverages technology, optimizes processes, builds effective internal and external relationships, and influences organizational change management to enable profitable business growth. Dee is committed to creating a dynamic and effective work environment with aligned goals and a culture of accountability. Dee has extensive experience in cross-functional leadership and integration. This includes leading the end-to-end integration of Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Keds and Stride Rite into the Wolverine Worldwide portfolio. This 1.2 billion acquisition nearly doubled the revenue of the company and was complete in thirteen months. Dee also served as the Chief Transformation Officer, leading the holistic transformation aimed at dramatically improving the Company’s short-term performance, while building a foundation for the future growth and prosperity of Wolverine Worldwide. Dee is passionate about providing best-in-class technology and services to brands. She believes this allows the brands to focus on the pursuit of product excellence and consumer connections. She received her BBA in Finance and Accounting from Western Michigan University.
