Fidelma Russo joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in September 2021 as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Fidelma leads the innovation agenda and technology roadmap, managing the design and development of the portfolio to deliver HPE GreenLake edge-to-cloud customer experiences to the market. Using HPE technology, Fidelma works with customers to help reimagine their information technology needs, allowing them to accelerate their business results. Prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Fidelma was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Services business unit at VMware. She has held notable senior leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Iron Mountain, Inc.; an Independent Member-Supervisory Board with Wolters Kluwer NV; Senior Vice President and General Manager at EMC Corp.; Vice President-Adaptive Infrastructure at Hewlett-Packard Co.; and Senior Vice President of Network, Storage, and Software at Sun Microsystems, Inc. Fidelma holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from University College Cork, a master’s in computer science from Boston University, and completed the Internet of Things Executive Education program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
