Heather is an experienced CISO with 20+ years of experience. She served as CISO at SPS Commerce and, in March 2022, transitioned to Pentair’s leadership team. Her specialties include Cybersecurity, Security Compliance, Computer Investigations, Forensics, Data Security, Cyber Story Communication Crisis Management, Budget and Resource Management, and Enterprise Risk Management. Before joining SPS Commerce, she served in executive leadership roles at RSM US LLP, SUPERVALU, and Ameriprise Financial. Heather has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Account from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
