Holly brings more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing and retail to Fossil Group. Holly is responsible for digital strategy, brand & digital marketing, global eCommerce, marketplaces, martech, consumer data, insights & analytics across our owned brand portfolio (FOSSIL, Michele, Zodiac and Skagen) and marketing for Fossil Group’s licensed brand portfolio (including Michael Kors, Tory Burch, kate spade, Diesel, Puma, Armani). In her previous role as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, she led the Omnichannel and Customer Experience practice for Retail in North America, advising global consumer companies on driving profitable growth. She brings a deep knowledge of customer-centered transformations, focusing on e-commerce and omnichannel growth, digital marketing, loyalty, and CRM. Holly serves on the Board of Directors for the FOSSIL Foundation and KIPP Texas Public Schools. She earned her BA in Economics, Political Science, and English at the University of Michigan and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
