Jacqueline Shea joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in June 2016. As Vice President and Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for advancing NJR’s strategic goals through the investment, planning, and management of the company’s information technology portfolio, including information infrastructure, internet, and business applications, end-user support, and cybersecurity. Prior to her current position, Ms. Shea served as Chief Information Officer at Godiva Chocolatier and as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Tommy Hilfiger North America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
