Jennifer serves as the VP, CISO at Catalent Pharma Solutions in North Carolina. Her recent roles include CISO & Privacy Officer at Esri, CISO at Smith & Nephew, CISO & VP of Information Security and Governance at ServiceMaster, various IT/Marketing roles at FedEx and First Tennessee. In all of these roles, Jennifer built a foundation of process and technology transformation with a focus on compliance, governance, risk management, data protection and information security. Jennifer has expert knowledge and leadership excellence in IT, Global Information Security and Privacy. Jennifer has led many subjects in her career to include governance, risk, compliance, privacy, security, identity & access management along with leading many diverse IT teams. She has been a direct report to the CEO, CIO, CFO, Audit Committee and Board of Directors for the last decade of her career. Jennifer holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Memphis, a CISO certification from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, multiple certifications and is currently earning an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute.
