As Chief Information Security Officer at DocuSign, Jessica Ferguson is responsible for trust and security initiatives at the company, including the protection of information important to DocuSign. Jessica is also tasked with protecting the valuable information and agreements personal to its one million customers, and for ensuring the overall cyber resiliency of the company. Prior to being appointed CISO, Jessica served as Deputy CISO at DocuSign, leading the technical functions of the Trust and Security Team. Jessica has more than 20 years of experience in IT and Information Security across security architecture, incident response, and threat intelligence programs. Prior to joining DocuSign, Jessica held various senior IT and security roles, including the Director of Threat Defense at Alaska Airlines and leading international security teams at F5 Networks and ServiceNow. Jessica is a Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert, and Cisco Certified Design and Network Professional.
