Julie Stark has served as the CTO at QCR Holdings since 2017. Prior to QCR, she worked at Genesis Systems Group in a variety of roles with increasing responsiblity, starting as a systems’ analyst. She held managerial roles, and was eventually promoted to VP of Information Management. Julie started her career as a software engineer. Julie has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.
