Kelly Kroskie joined the executive leadership team of MVB Financial Corp in 2021 as EVP, Chief Operations & Digital Officer. She oversees Information Technology, Operations, Digital and the Project Management Office. Prior to MVB, Kroskie was an Executive Director with JP Morgan Chase, where she was instrumental in the strategy, development and delivery of a full suite of digital account originations capabilities. Previously, she was a senior leader at Alliance Data, where she served first as the Senior Director of Digital Capabilities and then as the Chief Operational Risk Officer for the Card Services business. She spent three years at JPMorgan Chase and eight years at Fiserv (Check Free Corporation) focused on innovation/new product development, client implementations and banking operations. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Iowa State University.
