Laurie Douglas has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of Publix Super Markets, Inc., an operator of retail food and pharmacy in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia, since 2019. Ms. Douglas’ expertise spans broad IT disciplines, including application development and infrastructure, digital and mobile, omnichannel, data security and regulatory compliance. Ms. Douglas is a highly respected technology leader focused on driving shareholder value with technology solutions that foster premier customer service, operational excellence and profitable growth and who has financial management responsibility for IT investments. From 2006 through 2018, she was Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer of Publix Super Markets. Before joining Publix Super Markets, Ms. Douglas served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of FedEx Kinko’s Office and Print Services, Inc. Laurie also sits on the board of directors for Lowe’s. Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University.
