Lisa Dietrich joined Lincoln Electric in 2022 as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO). As an IT Executive with over 25 years of experience, she is used to partnering with business leaders to deliver large-scale, mission-critical technology and process solutions. She previously served as CIO and Vice President of Business Transformation during her 11-year tenure at American Greetings Corporation. She has also served as Portfolio CIO at Key Community Bank. Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Ohio University and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
