Maggie M. Tuschinski is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of First Technology Services, Inc., (FTS), the technology subsidiary of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. Maggie works collaboratively with each line of business to promote a consistent experience for all FFIN customers across all digital channels. As CDO, she is responsible and accountable for the Product Strategy, Product Plan, Development Roadmap, and Operations of the Digital Technology Platforms. Prior to joining First Financial Bank, Maggie Tuschinski served as the Director of Consumer Digital Services at Frost Bank, acting as a customer advocate, and partnering with leaders across all business units to transform the customer experience and ensure that customers were at the center of every business decision. Maggie led a digital experience organization that included teams from digital operations and Software Developers, UX Design, and Product Owners/Managers. Before Frost, Maggie worked at USAA for over ten years and at Chase Card Services for over five years. Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
