Marij Kouwenhoven is an IT Leader with over 20 years of experience in progressively larger IT leadership roles. As Chief Information Officer at The Bountiful Company, a high growth consumer health company with a mission to enhance the health and wellness of people’s lives. She is recognized for the ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders and for combining strong business acumen with technology thought leadership to create IT strategies and solutions that drive optimal business results. Previously, she served as CIO for Dairy Farmers of America. Marij is a seasoned executive who has also worked for Cannondale Sports Unlimited, Campbell Soup Company, Ecolab, Novartis, Honeywell, GE, Philips, and SAP. Marij holds a Masters in Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology.
