Melissa Pint is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer at Frontier Communications. She is responsible for digital operations and architecture, enterprise technology architecture, business processes and enhancing customer engagement initiatives. Melissa has more than two decades of leadership experience spanning technology, IT, customer strategy and operations functions. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President and Head of Technology at JCPenney, implementing a digital optimization strategy and customer-focused solutions for JCP.com, the JCP mobile app, all store and supply chain systems, business intelligence, analytics, marketing, and back-end merchandising. Melissa held leadership positions in technology, IT, and operations over a 25-year career with JCPenney, Target, and Cargill. She earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
