Nancy joined Border States in July 2021. As a member of the Executive Committee, she is the company’s technology leader and visionary with responsibility for all aspects of technology, including infrastructure, security, applications and digital capabilities. Additionally, Nancy is instrumental in helping to advance strategic plan initiatives to include a more digitally connected supply chain, improved customer and employee-owner experience and increased operational productivity. Prior to her role at Border States, Nancy served as Chief Information Officer at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Nancy also held leadership positions at Raytheon, ConAgra, and John Deere. Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
