Phyllis Tsu is Chief Information Officer at Smith, where she oversees alarge-scale rollout that features more system functions to help Smith improve efficiency, respond more quickly, and increase productivity during this unprecedented global and market situation. In addition to leading these system solutions for internal organization, Phyllis also directs Smith’s IT team on solutions to directly support our customers’ needs through the Smith Order Management app. Phyllis joined Smith in 1999 and was appointed CIO in 2010. Before joining Smith, Phyllis gained extensive system management and development experience across multiple industries with U.S.- and China-based companies. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in Nanjing, China.
