Rachel Hayden serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer at ScanSource.. Prior to joining the Company in June 2021, Rachel served as Chief Information Officer of Just Born, Inc., a family-owned confectionary company, from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, Rachel served five years with Berry Global, a manufacturer of innovative packaging and engineered products, in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of IT, Global Business Systems. Rachel has also worked at PepsiCo, Ciber, Inc, Wachovia Bank, and Fujitsu America. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
