Ms. Pokhriyal has been our Chief Digital Growth Officer since February 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Pokhriyal led large-scale global digital transformation and eCommerce acceleration for companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive since 2018. From 2006 to 2018, Ms. Pokhriyal led portfolio businesses in the business consulting practice for Cognizant and worked as a consultant in various capacities of increasing responsibility with major consumer goods companies like PepsiCo, Inc., Kimberly-Clark Corporation, The Estee Lauder Companies and Coty Inc. in North America and Europe. Ms. Pokhriyal began her career in 2005 at Procter & Gamble Corporation. Ms. Pokhriyal has been instrumental in evangelizing and executing frictionless commerce, excellence in sales and marketing analytics and elevating digital marketing impact for several major brands.
