Vijaya is the Chief Security Officer and Head of Trust Engineering & Data Science at Airbnb, where she is responsible for Information Security and Trust Technology to protect Airbnb’s community and platform. Vijaya Kaza has over 20 years of broad executive leadership experience having led Engineering and Product Management, Information Security and Data Science organizations ranging from startups to large companies both in Enterprise and Consumer spaces. She was responsible for product development of a security product portfolio that generated more than 1B in annual revenue. Vijaya was named as one of the Top 25 Women in SaaS for 2018, and Top Revolutionary Women in Security 2019. She lives in California with her family. She attended Stanford Law School.
