Noreen Farrell is the Executive Director of Equal Rights Advocates, a national civil rights organization dedicated to protecting and expanding economic and educational access and opportunities for women and girls. She chairs the national Equal Pay Today Campaign, is a founding partner of the Closing the Women’s Wealth Gap Initiative, and WBC Champion.
