Amy Gonzales – VP Global Learning & Development
Amy Gonzales oversees the development and management of global leadership programs – which are
designed to support the Corporate Partner strategies to advance women in a continually changing
environment. In addition to her work with WUI, Amy runs a consulting practice, AG Leadership, which
focuses on leadership effectiveness and communication. Possessing the ability to build rapport and
powerful dialogue with both new managers and senior executives, Gonzales’ coaching style is direct,
perceptive, and always practical.
Susan Kendrick – Senior Business Leader
Playing several roles during her tenure at WUI, Susan works closely with all facets of the organization
and its global partners to create supportive strategies that leading companies need to strengthen their
talent bench, increase individual and team performance and build the mindset and skillset which leaders
need today. In her own consulting and coaching practice, her goal is to create positive shifts that lead to
realizing the full potential – both in individuals and their organizations. Susan delivers engaging sessions
and executive coaching in the U.S., EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions guiding leaders to a place of
increased confidence, competence, and collaboration.
