Paradigm For Parity ®:
The Paradigm for Parity® coalition is committed to achieving a new norm in corporate leadership: one in which women and men of all races, cultures and backgrounds have equal power, status, and opportunity. Launched in 2016 with just 27 companies, the Paradigm for Parity coalition has tripled in size, and proudly has 129 CEOs from some of the world’s largest companies who have publicly committed to our solution.
The coalition created the Paradigm for Parity® 5-Point Action Plan for corporations to accelerate the pace of gender equity in senior executive roles. This unique agenda defines bold and specific actions that, taken together and simultaneously implemented as a package, drive culture change and advance women into leadership.
The Paradigm for Parity® coalition provides companies with a continuously evolving toolkit of resources and practice suggestions to help them achieve their diversity and inclusion goals.
Through its sponsored face-to-face and virtual interactions between companies throughout the year, the coalition has established a community among its committed company CHROs and D&I leaders. These interactions are focused on best practice and insight sharing to help companies address the gender imbalance within their own workplaces. Follow us on Twitter using @p4parity to learn more.
Together as Allies – Foster an Inclusive and Collaborative Work Culture -This session is designed to create more effective and inclusive leaders and teams, while reinforcing the importance of allyship. We provide learning and development experiences and programs that define allyship and the WIFM for the individual and the organization, propriety assessment for determining your allyship readiness, key mindsets and behaviors for being an ally, and a Putting Allyship Into Action Framework.
The Mentoring Experience – Each WOMEN Unlimited program has a mentoring component. While the focus is primarily about providing women a safe relationship in which to discuss their careers, both male and female mentors at WOMEN Unlimited programs report it has been a transformational learning experience for them as well.

Technology platforms to enable mentoring/sponsorship programs
Participants in Ellevate Squads have access to a unique Squads Dashboard within the Ellevate platform. Participants connect with their fellow Squad members via Ellevate Conversations, our direct messaging platform. More than half of Squad participants report that their Squad provides them an opportunity to mentor and support other women.
Mentoring Meetups are Ellevate’s signature mentoring experience – connecting attendees with mentors for short, 1:1 conversations. Through each Mentoring Meetup, an attendee will have the opportunity to connect with 3-5 mentors, getting unique, objective, and diverse perspectives.
